Came to North Carolina with hopes of finding a piece of land suitable for building pistol, rifle ranges. As luck would have it I helped someone start a concrete business and wound up earning enough startup cash to add the skeet range. Shooting weekly or more has developed some great friendships and a good collection of shotguns.
The shotgun that fits me right out of the box is the Remington 1100. I have them in every gauge except 16. And have learned how to clean and service them, and what parts should keep on hand.
Now with parts being so hard to find, shooters are resorting to used parts. Not my recommendation. You never know how close that replacement part is to it’s end of life. Wear and stress can lead you back to the place you started. So I went after the holy grail and after months and months of digging found some sources for BRAND NEW OEM parts.

I’ve had it with Facebook Marketplace, and various ‘Garage Sale’ websites that have ‘Community Standards’ that prohibit the marketing of guns, and gun related items. Turned out that Facebook’s Community Standards committee was comprised of NO-ONE living in the United States or it’s possessions. So I have developed my own answer.
